Bubble Garden - Privacy Policy

Bubble Garden ("the game") is made by Rihanaty LLC (MW Software tgl) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game collects, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Game account: when you first open the game, an anonymous account is created for you. We store a player number, the name and avatar you choose, and your game progress (stages, stars, coins, lives, boosters, daily rewards and missions).
  • Google account (optional): if you choose "Save with Google" in Settings, we receive your Google account's email address and a Google account identifier from Google Sign-In. We use them only to keep your game progress and give it back to you on a new device or after reinstalling. We never receive your Google password.
  • Device identifier: an identifier of your device, used to restore your progress on the same device and to prevent cheating and abuse.
  • Game activity: anonymous events about how the game is played (screens opened, stages started, won or lost, settings changed). We use them to fix problems and balance the game.
  • Country and device: the country you play from (worked out by our server from your internet connection; we do not keep your IP address), your phone model, its language and the game version. We use them for statistics and to fix problems. We never use your precise location (GPS).
  • Purchases: when you buy something, Google Play handles the payment. We receive only the confirmation of the purchase (product and order reference). We never see your card or payment details.
  • Notifications: if you allow notifications, we store a notification token so we can send you game messages. You can turn them off at any time in Settings or in your phone's settings.
  • Support: if you write to us, we receive your email address and what you write, plus your player number and the game version to help you.

2. Advertising

The game shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address and device details. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), you are asked for your consent through Google's consent form, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Ad Preferences. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Learn how Google uses this information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Buying "Remove Ads" removes interstitial and banner ads; optional reward ads stay available.

3. How we use information

To run the game and save your progress, to show the leaderboard (your name, avatar, stage and stars are visible to other players), to deliver purchases and rewards, to prevent cheating, fraud and abuse, to answer support requests, and to improve the game.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the game for us: Supabase (secure hosting of game accounts and data), Google (AdMob ads, Firebase notifications and Google Play purchases). They process it under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your game data while your account is active. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and data from Settings > Contact Support, from the page https://mwsoftwaretgl.vercel.app/bubble-garden/delete-account, or by writing to contact@rihanaty.com with your player number (Settings > Contact Support adds it for you). We delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

6. Children

Bubble Garden is a family-friendly puzzle game but it is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to some uses of it. Write to contact@rihanaty.com and we will answer.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be shown in the game.
