YanaTips — Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 22, 2026

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Rihanaty LLC, publishing as MW Software tgl ("we", "us"), for the use of the YanaTips mobile app ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use the app

• You must be at least 18 years old to use YanaTips.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done with your account.
• One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.

Entertainment only — no betting

YanaTips provides football predictions, statistics and live information for entertainment and information purposes only.

• The app does not offer, promote or facilitate betting, gambling or any financial wagering.
• Predictions are opinions, not guarantees. Football results are uncertain and we make no promise about the accuracy of any prediction, statistic or score.
• You alone are responsible for any decision you take based on the content of the app. We are not liable for any loss of any kind that results from it.

VIP subscription

• VIP is an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium predictions and features. A free tier stays available.
• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
• VIP requires a registered account, so it can be restored if you change devices.

Tipsters community and Points

• Points are a virtual measure inside the app. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or redeemed for money or any prize.
• Your username, Points, predictions and leaderboard rank may be visible to other users.
• You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexual, misleading or that promotes betting, and not to spam, cheat or manipulate the leaderboard.
• We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or its content, not to use bots or automated tools against it, and not to interfere with its servers or other users.

Advertising

The free tier shows advertisements from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or services they promote.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, text, code and logos belong to Rihanaty LLC or its licensors. Team names, logos and match data belong to their respective owners and are shown for information only. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices.

Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the YanaTips Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop parts of the app at any time, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Termination

You may stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Rihanaty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
